Every effort is made when packaging your order to ensure you receive them in pristine condition, although if you experience any defaults/damages please contact us via the contact form and we will advise how we can help you.
In some instances, we may offer a replacement or a refund depending on circumstances, Please note, this is only valid for 27days after the day of your purchase, After this date we cannot offer any replacement or refunds.
Unfortunately, due to hygiene issues we do not currently offer returns.

Due to our products being handmade and having a team of 1, Sometimes there can be slight delays, in these circumstances, please do not hesitate to contact us with an update of the progress of parcels.
We do aim to dispatch within 3-5 days all items are all handmade so please remember this when ordering Thank you.
